IN OUR FACILITIES
Weaving
We own four industrial circular looms that spin and weave the raw materials used throughout the manufacturing process.
Cutting
We have a cutting machine of the latest technology that provides precision and reliability.
We use advanced software that enables us to model the cut according to each specific need.
Production
Over 30 operational sewing machines, working on each step of the conception of the garments.
This phase of the process is where the know-how and human resources gather and contribute very efficiently for the company activity.
Packaging
Each garment is meticulously checked and revised by the quality control team and then packed.
All the bags used for packing are 100% recycled plastic.
